Head of Business Development & M&A

Arthur has helped drive the acquisition and optimization of over 6 GW of utility-scale solar projects, led the development and power marketing of a 400 MW greenfield pipeline, and structured, negotiated, and executed over $1B in project financing. Prior to joining Copia Power, Arthur was a Senior Manager of Strategy and Investments at SB Energy (SoftBank Group) where he was a founding member of the Company's U.S. team and helped grow the business into one of the largest developers of utility-scale solar in the U.S. in under two years. He started his career as a Field Engineer with Schlumberger and later held a variety of roles with Clearway Energy Group, a leading renewable energy platform and formerly the renewable energy division of NRG Energy. 
 
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University.
