Centennial Flats

Centennial Flats represents one of Copia’s largest utility-scale projects currently under construction. Supported by a $1.24 billion construction loan  recognized as Proximo’s Deal of the Year, Centennial Flats demonstrates Copia’s ability to deliver giga-scale projects with institutional-grade financing and execution certainty.

Maricopa

The Maricopa project strengthens Copia’s Arizona footprint with hundreds of megawatts of solar generation and storage capacity. Backed by a $1.71 billion construction loan, Maricopa is designed to bring flexible, cost-competitive power to one of the fastest-growing energy markets in the U.S.
