Power and
Technology Campuses

Copia’s gigawatt-scale campuses are years in the making and purpose-built to address today’s grid challenges. These  integrated developments co-locate generation and load, bringing together solar, storage, thermal capacity (where needed), and digital infrastructure— all tied into high-voltage transmission system.

Why Our
Model Works

Unlike standalone projects, Copia’s campus model compounds value over time. By securing the large interconnection positions and layering multiple technologies on a single site, we unlock economies of scale, speed to market, and customer flexibility.

Each campus represents a long-term investment that anchors us in the community, driving economic growth, supporting local infrastructure, and reinforcing our role as responsible corporate citizens. As campuses expand, relationships deepen and efficiencies compound. This approach solve today’s grid constraints, anticipate tomorrow’s load growth, and consistently deliver with speed, certainty, and scale.

Solar Generation
and Storage

Copia Solar and Storage Positions

At Copia, solar generation and storage technologies form the foundation of our gigawatt-scale campuses. Our experienced development team exercising strategic control across every stage; from interconnection and permitting to offtake, procurement, construction, and operations. This disciplined approach ensures safe, efficient delivery and long-term value creation. Alongside our operating assets and projects in construction, Copia is advancing a robust 30 GW pipeline of solar and storage – anchoring our next phase of growth and positioning us to reliably meet future demand in partnership with utilities, communities, and customers.

Thermal Generation

Copia Thermal Positions

Copia has been strategically building its thermal generation portfolio for years, securing more than 7 GW of positions across the Western U.S. Our dispatchable capacity is intentionally sited at critical interconnection points, anchoring development and strengthening regional grids.

Copia’s thermal development portfolio is designed with a community-first and future-focused approach. These assets provide the grid stability and around-the-clock power that complement Copia’s renewables and support digital growth — but they also serve as long-term anchors in the regions where we build. By siting projects responsibly, using modern and efficient technologies, and engaging directly with local stakeholders, we ensure our campuses create shared value: reliable energy for customers, economic growth and tax base for communities, and thoughtful integration with renewable generation.

Digital Infrastructure

Copia Digital Positions

Copia’s digital infrastructure strategy extends our gigawatt-scale campus model, purpose-built to align load and generation on the same site and near major metros, while still being grid-connected. By co-locating power and digital development, we accelerate schedules, enhance reliability, and scale campuses to meet the explosive growth of AI and cloud computing. By integrating into the grid at high voltages, Copia’s campuses get the most economic and reliable service that keeps costs down while accommodating massive scale. Copia delivers generation resources to the utility, and the utility in turn serves the data center and provides the essential services and reliability required by our partners developing GW+ mission critical loads.

Copia is advancing a 10+ GW load pipeline strategically positioned in top-tier data center markets along the nation’s most critical transmission corridors, fiber networks, and power market seams. These sites pair proximity to major metros with direct access to Copia’s 30+ GW generation portfolio, enabling true gigawatt-scale, dual-use campuses. This shared vision between Copia, and our utility partners ensures alignment—allowing Copia to expand rapidly while enabling utilities to serve large, dedicated loads with purpose-built generation resources.
